We pride ourselves in providing homemade healthy menus. We exceed the
USDA requirements by providing fresh fruits or vegetables at every meal. We post our
menu daily on the parent dry erase board at the entrance of daycare. Below is a sample of
a menu we served. We also participate in the USDA food program and have monitoring
visits to assure we are following guidelines.
Preschool & Infant and Toddler Programs
6:45-7:30 a.m. Rest or quiet time until the other children begin to arrive.
7:30-8:30 a.m. Free play around washing our hands serving breakfast.
8:30-9:00 a.m. Diaper checks, getting children dressed and story time.
9:00-10:00 a.m. Circle time and daily planned activities.
10:00-10:30 a.m. Diaper checks, music, or art activities.
10:30-11:00 a.m. Outdoor play or rainy day recess.
11:00- 11:30 a.m. Wash our hands and have lunch time.
11:30-12:00 p.m. Clean up, diaper checks, brush teeth, and story time.
12:00-2:30 p.m. Resting with music in the background.
2:30-3:00 p.m. Clean up beds, diaper checks, and wash our hands for snack.
3:00-4:00 p.m. Planned afternoon activities, arts, and games.
4:00-5:00 p.m. Free play or outdoor play and diaper checks.
5:00-5:15 p.m. Story time and quiet activities until parents arrive.
5:15-6:00 p.m. Dinner and Free Play
6:00-7:00 Art/ Free play
7:45 brush teeth and get pajamas on
7:30-pick up TV time
